We live in a world where there are lots of expressions of faith that fall short of what we'd hope for. We don't want to live our faith in a way that's plastic or fake, or in a way that's for show, nothing more than going through the motions, arrogant, cookie cutter, or so many other lesser things. No, we want authentic faith. The book of Philippians gives us an amazing snapshot of how the Apostle Paul lived his faith. As he wrote to the people of the Church at Philippi, there is an authentic quality, something so natural and genuine about the way Paul lived and the things he taught, that it's compelling. So this fall, we'll look at the book of the Philippines and see how we can live an authentic faith.
